This document was reviewed with our lawyer in September 2026 and can now be used with any commercial client, not only pilot clients.
By registering your organization with TriDot, or by using the service on behalf of your property management company, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice.
TriDot is a maintenance-coordination tool: it receives reports over WhatsApp, classifies them with artificial intelligence, and coordinates a service provider to handle them. TriDot does not directly perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmith, or other trade services — those are carried out by independent providers.
TriDot is not a certified emergency service. For any immediate risk to life, health, or property (fire, gas leak, serious flooding), contact real emergency services first (911, fire department, civil protection) — don't rely on TriDot as a first response.
Your organization designates administrators with access to the panel. You're responsible for keeping your administrators' access confidential and for the actions they take within the platform.
The service is billed as a recurring subscription, processed through Stripe. Current pricing is confirmed when you contract the service. The subscription renews automatically each period until canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (Stripe) or by writing to info@tridot.com.mx. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period — the current period is not prorated, unless TriDot states otherwise in writing.
Providers connected through TriDot are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of TriDot. Each provider is responsible for holding the licenses, permits, and insurance their trade requires, and for the quality of their own work. TriDot does not guarantee any provider's work, though it takes reasonable steps to maintain a quality directory (ratings, job history, basic verification before accepting a provider into the roster).
TriDot uses artificial intelligence to classify reports (category, priority, whether it's an emergency) and to assign providers. These classifications can contain errors. You have the right to request human review of any automated classification — contact us, or ask to speak with an administrator directly over WhatsApp.
To the extent permitted by law, TriDot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including damages caused by a provider's work, delays in handling a report, or incorrect AI classifications. This section needs legal review before it carries full binding weight against a client outside the pilot.
Handling of your data, and your tenants' data, is governed by our Privacy Notice.
Your data — properties, units, tenants, ticket history, providers — lives in a standard database, not a TriDot-only format. Any administrator in your organization can export that information from the dashboard whenever they want, without depending on TriDot still being around to ask.
If TriDot stops operating, stops supporting this service, or your organization decides to cancel, we commit to giving you a full export of your data, in a standard format (Excel/CSV), within 30 days of the request and at no extra cost — whether or not you've used the export feature before.
We may update these terms. We'll post any changes on this same page with its update date, and notify each organization's administrators by email of substantial changes.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
