Privacy Notice

Data controller

TriDot ("TriDot", "we") is the controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP). Personal data we collect

We collect different data depending on how you interact with TriDot:

• "Request a demo" form: name, email, phone (optional), your management company or business name (optional), approximate number of units you manage (optional), and any message you choose to include.
• Portal account (property manager, provider, or TriDot Home resident): name, email, phone, and, if applicable, your property's address or coverage zone.
• WhatsApp reports (tenants and residents): your phone number, the content of your messages (problem description, answers to our follow-up questions), and any images you send as evidence of the problem or of completed work.
• TriDot Home subscription: name, phone, address, and email (optional) when you sign up. The payment itself (card number) is processed directly by Stripe — TriDot never receives or stores it.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. If you accidentally share photographic evidence of a problem that includes sensitive information, contact us to request its deletion.

Automated decisions (Artificial Intelligence)

TriDot uses an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic) to classify your reports: it determines the category of problem, how urgent it is, whether it needs to be escalated as an emergency, and which provider to assign based on specialty and zone. These decisions are generated automatically, without a person reviewing them before acting in most cases.

If you disagree with an automatic classification or assignment, you have the right to request that a person review it — write to us at info@tridot.com.mx or tell TriDot directly over WhatsApp that you want to speak with a human.

Purposes of processing

We use your data to:

• Contact you and coordinate a personalized TriDot demo.
• Operate your portal account and, if applicable, your subscription.
• Classify and follow up on the maintenance reports you submit, and coordinate the corresponding provider.
• Contact you over WhatsApp to follow up on a report, confirm a visit, or notify you of an emergency.
• Respond to your questions or requests.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes without your additional consent.

Data transfers

Your data is processed through the following infrastructure providers, each under its own confidentiality agreement, and solely for the purposes described here:

• Supabase — database storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — automatic classification of reports (see "Automated decisions" above).
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — sending and receiving WhatsApp messages.
• Stripe — subscription payment processing (TriDot never receives your card number).
• Resend — sending email notifications.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand, in aggregate and without cookies, how the site is used (page views, traffic source). We do not use this information to identify you individually.

ARCO Rights

You can request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO rights) regarding the processing of your personal data, or revoke your consent, at any time by writing to info@tridot.com.mx.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice. We will publish any changes on this same page along with its update date.
